Experience

Dr. Che completed her medical training at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She then continued her psychiatry training with a focus on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Tai Po Hospital, Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital, which are affiliated hospitals with Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also participated in the clinical research projects carried out by Department of Psychology and Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. Following fellowship training, she continued to provide clinical service at the Kowloon Hospital and Hong Kong Children’s Hospital. She is also appointed as Honorary Clinical Assistant Professors of Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as the Department of Psychiatry, University Hong Kong. 

Dr. Che will provide comprehensive assessments for clients presenting with emotional or behavioural problems and provide a throughout management plan including psychoeducation and pharmacological treatments. She has a particular interest in treating children and adolescents with developmental needs, emotional and behavioural issues, or mood problems. She also has extensive experience in working with families, carers and school personnels to provide support for these young people in the community.
