Experience

Dr Michael Chor graduated in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He then continued his Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at the Prince of Wales Hospital and was appointed as an Honorary Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Following fellowship training, he further pursued his subspecialty training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital and the Birmingham Women’s Hospital in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. He is the advisory board member of the Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (Hong Kong) and actively participates in the teaching of the medical professionals in the management of complex obstetric cases. He is also a Certified Advanced Level Gynaecology Laparoscopist. He has a particular interest in the research of preterm labour, postpartum haemorrhage and ultrasound use in the labour ward.
