Dr. Katherine Cheng graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was an Associate Consultant in Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH). She is a General Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She has been active in promoting safe delivery environment, in which she was an instructor for Postpartum Haemorrhage Workshop and Obstetric Emergency Workshop in QEH and has been a Basic Life Support in Obstetrics (BLSO) instructor for Hong Kong St John Ambulance. She has also accredited in advanced Gynaecological laparoscopic surgery by the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (HKCOG) and has been performing various advanced laparoscopic surgeries including hysterectomy, large ovarian cystectomy and myomectomy, as well as hysteroscopic surgeries like hysteroscopic myomectomy and polypectomy. She has also been actively participated in overseas Gynaecological endoscopic training courses provided by various Asia-Pacific associations. She has been an instructor in Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery Workshop organized by Hospital Authority.
